Trattoria Buonamico is the oldest trattoria in Viareggio (IT), where local customers could enjoy fresh fish from the neighbouring fish shop. To this day, they have become one of the hightlights of the small city and on this occasion have asked us to reinterpret their famous dishes.
Direction
We emphasized the rawness of the fresh products and decomposed their dishes with their most important ingredients, making for playful still lives of both colorful and exotic elements that will make anyone hungry.
